Bought this a week ago. While other brand chargers are a bit high. This one, being a brand of amazon basics, seemed to be good at 299. After purchase, it works well without any issues. I could see that tester was burning a bit but real power shock could not be felt on my hands. So it is safe only. But one should not keep the charger pin in the mouth while the power is switched on. Keep away all types of chargers (all brands) from children.You can trust and buy. I wi write my next review after using this atleast for one month. Thanks
