I initially purchased the Anker 20W charger expecting it to include a USB-C to USB-C charging cable, as shown in the product images. When the charger arrived without the cable, I was disappointed as it felt misleading. However, after contacting the Anker team, they responded promptly and resolve the issue, which I appreciate.Despite this hiccup, the charger itself is fantastic and super-fast. It charges my devices quickly and reliably, which is what I’ve come to expect from Anker products. Their excellent customer service in handling my concern has restored my confidence in the brand. Just keep in mind that you may need to purchase the cable separately.
